Traffic flow measured on 30 different 4-way junctions

Hi

I came across an informative video on YT which measures traffic flow across 30 different 4 way junctions, both with and without mods.

I was surprised at the differences in traffic flow, especially when using TMPE and timed traffic lights.

Some of the intersections, space permitting, look pretty impressive.
I might need to spend some time understanding timed traffic lights and TMPE, as they could prove helpful.
