Does the "Black leather wallet" chirp mean anything?
I would think so because if somebody is dumb enough to say they found a leather wallet and to send a PM when anyone can PM them and steal it. same applies for the extended vacation chirp. because it's so brilliant to post where the key to your house is on social media. do these chirps mean my city is full of uneducated people or is it just random dialogue?

That things actually made me in question, too. I have some guess about it, including the good security service in your city that make your citizen feel safe to share something like their house key or found wallets.

When I first saw the Chirp about the extended vacation, it was when I had a cozy small town. So I thought, oh this is cute. It's like how my small town is friendly, and everyone knows each other, and it's quaint. That small, nostalgic home town like Mayberry, where Andy Griffith is the local Sheriff.

I thought that Chirp would go away as my city grew.

Nope.

Chirp gets super annoying when you have a high population. Freaking chirping every 3 minutes.

What game are you playing? That freaking chirper goes off at least 3 times every minute. It totally drives me nuts. Once I am satisfied that I have enough achievements the mod to turn that fugging thing off is going to be the first one I install.

Their is a mod to allow achievements with mods installed so pick that up and disable chirper asap. I mute him and turn off his notifications in the options menu

I always assumed it meant crime was rising, as it pops up around that time.
