Need help with finding out how to clear the Civilization Skylines Steam Cache.

I really wouldn't like to flat out delete the cache 'or even know how' but apparently I am out of room to save anything for this game or anything else.

I use the cache mostly for this very game but I have saves from when I first started with this game or where I renamed a save to try something new and when it worked, I truly would like to give up those 'stepping stone' saves.

How can I do this and may I politely ask, why is it so unbelievably messed up to simply delete a cached save file with this game? I love the game, I do but this is an incredibly easy fix and to my knowledge, deleting cache files in any realistic way hasn't been even implemented yet.

If you mean delete save games from steam cloud, go to Main Menu > Content Manager > Save games and you can delete in there.

If you mean workshop assets and mods, you can go to Workshop tab in Steam, then in sidebar under "Your Files" choose "subscribed items" from drop-down, and you will see "Unsubscribe all" button at the right sidebar.

From within Civilization Skylines right? Not Steam.

Thanks and I can already see where you are talking about. I have seen a few errors in this mod or that so I tend to oversave and ....boy did I oversave.
