Are you using any mods? if so achievements are disabled. Use 'Achieve IT' mod to re enable them.

When you load the save, do you see the trophy icon or is it struck through?
In other words, are you certain that the save is eligible for achievements?

Bah! What kind of achievement is that if you achieve nothing by cheating? There's no point doing them in that case o.O

Cheating against whom? Every player has their own way of playing . Besides not all mods help to get achievements. For example daylight classic, camera angles, move it, improved content manager, custom animation, building themes, AVO etc, etc ,etc. Unless any form of visual improvement is cheating, but then may as well add all the assets.

and i know about saves, when start game i always checking saves - achievement are disabled or enabled

question was..., ok - skip

1. turn on pc, log to steam, smoking time about 3 min

2. start game - NO MODS, i don,t like play with mods

3. check saves - achievement are enabled

4. play f.. game - don,t take any BAILOUT

5. higher learning - build all sh... - no achiev

6. academic scholar - create 100 acad works - no achiev

6. i need answer: - why can,t uclock achiev - maybe i do something wrong?

I'm having this issue with three of the education achievements.
same vanilla setup, no mods.
700k city, 43k university students, everything researched at all three schools, etc.
i wish i could offer a workaround-
will post back if loading on a different PC works.

Good thing the fix came out. However, I cant get this achievement. I built absolutely all buildings and faculties, as well as stadiums and museums. I even built two types of paths on all campuses. I checked the list of all buildings three times. Other achievements, except for the "Education nation" I received without any problems.

You need to have all buildings from each of the three types of campuses built at the same time

Museums and varsity sports venues are not required for the achievement. Just generate all three sorts of campus in one city and level all up to prestigious. Then build all unlockable buildings at least once and add the three special institutes at the end of the row.

When I built the last of these buildings, the achievement popped right after.
I‘d recommend going for all three prestigious campuses because they push up your city severely in many respects.
