Cities: Skylines Collection + Deluxe Edition??

I'd like to buy Cities: Skylines Collection, but it seems to include only the standard version of the base game. Is it possible to purchase Deluxe Edition AND Cities: Skylines Collection with the same discount (current sale discounts PLUS additional 9% on the whole bundle)?

To be honest the deluxe version is not worth to spend money on. Just get the normal version.

DeLuxe Edition is useless. It only gives you 5 monuments + an art book.
Better buying standard CS and saving money for a DLC you like.

At current prices the difference is only about $2, and I'll get 5 additional unique assets, so why not?

What is or is not worth to you, is not necessarily the same value another may appreciate it for. This is why I never make any suggestions to the often asked 'Which DLC is worth it?" or similar.
As for the Deluxe Edition, I bought it at release and have no regrets. I enjoyed the Digital Artbook and the landmark assets. The Eiffel Tower, for example has been a regular landmark in several of my cities. Yes, there is one in the Workshop, but honestly, the one from CO is far superior.

I too bought Cities Skylines with the Deluxe pack back when the game launched as I felt that CO did the City Builder genre justice with this game compared to the travesty that was Simcity 2013 and the cashgrab that was Cities XXL. Me purchasing the Deluxe pack was my way of cheering on the Devs for their work on the game.
