You should be able to use the copy/paste feature of Move it mod to duplicate your whole park within a map, but I'm not sure if you can retain that stored copy to be able to paste it into a different map.
However, you may subscribe to a map that has a Park layout you like and copy it to paper, so that you may build your own to match it.
Good ol pen and paper eh? Who woulda thought? ;)

Thanks, but these aren't particularly 'zoos' or 'amusement parks' like I was thinking of. I was meaning something more like Disneyworld or Seaworld for example.

I suppose we should have asked from the start if you own the Parklife DLC ;)
If so, then it is quite possible to create your own Disneyland or Seaworld since it is possible to mix and match different Parklife assets within a Zoo park or an Amusement park (or vice versa) if you so wished. For example, here's a zoo which has a sealife attraction and I placed a rollercoaster from an amusement park within it.

This was a response to somebody asking if it was possible. At the time I showed that it was indeed possible, but asked what the point of that would be.
Now here you are and it would seem to fit your needs perfectly ;)

Heh, well I'd offer to build one for you, but since I've never been to a Disneyworld or a Seaworld, I wouldn't have a clue about recreating one or the other.

It doesn't have to be either of those, just not a poorly laid out and poorly decorated plop of things haha. I'll have another look round as I'm going to go to bed in a moment or two

Try and find a map of either of those parks and try to duplicate it somewhat in game. They must have an attractions route plan somewhere online.
