floating garbage collector
i still can not find this item, even when i search for it in the find it tab, it just will not show up at all, i do have green cities dlc but i have noticed there are so many different ones, is there one particular one that has the floating garbage collector, I have looked in the garbage tab and it is not there, please, any help on this, thanks

It's the round item on your Garbage Tab along with the basegame Landfill, Incinerator and the Green Cities Recycling center.

Check your Steam library and make sure Green Cities is enabled.

Otherwise, maybe a mod is interfering in which case, you may need to disable the offending mod.
