HELP Downloading mods not showing in content Menu

After playing game for a year wanted to have a clear start. Followed all guides to do clean install.
deleted step by step. Game play is back, Can down load assets no problem.
Download Mod says its subscribed, restart game Content Manager under MODS not showing up.
What can be issue???

Have you given it chance to download?

Try exiting and restarting the game as well as Steam.Bear in mind that depending on what you've downloaded it may be in a different section of the Content Manager.

To add to to what Shane has ssaid, also try clearing your download cache, Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Clear Cache.

Even restarted the system, aware that depending on what you download can show in different sections. Only mod that i have download in this third reinstall is Load Screen and pause.

My saved games history Can reinstall all asset no problem> no mods when I have subscribe
my 255710 directory shows population ie. 408905948 > mod for Pause on Load
Open new game >Content Manager Not seeing the requst

It may be worth posting your output_log.txt / player.log in that case as any mod loading issues usually appear in there.

Not sure how your going about downloading all your old mods and assets but try this method if you haven't already.

Content Manager -> Saves
Click Subscribe To All and wait for the downloads to finish
Click Enable All on the save

Also check how much free space you have on the drive.

Check you don't have the `-noWorkshop` or `-noMods` launch options set

If you're using Windows it will be in the Cities_Data folder in the folder where Skylines is installed to (right-click game name in Steam Client > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files).

I haven't got a Mac so not sure where player.log would usually be.

Have since reinstalled game. Download on asset and one Mod . asset show no Mod is present. Started new city test 8242019

The reason for your issue is clear from your log file - you're using -disableMods which by nature means no mods will appear.

Remove this from the launch options.
