Dim spotlight for illuminating sign posts at night

Does anyone know of a dim spotlight that could be used to illuminate sign posts at night, particularly in rural areas?

My rural roads don't have street lamps, so I'm looking to add some small lights to sign posts (eg. "sharp bend ahead").

All the spot lights I've tried so far, both vanilla and workshop, have been much too bright and their "light cone" (or whatever it's called) is so bright it's difficult to see the sign through it.

Did you try the vanilla tunnel lights ?

Yeah, but they point downwards.

Think I found a solution though - the runway taxi lights lol! They don't have a visible light cone, but still give off enough light to illuminate the signs :)
