University vs Modern Technology Institute
What's the difference between the in practical terms? MTI costs more, is more expensive to maintain and has lower student capacity. I assume there must be some benefit to it to justify the higher cost and lower capacity, just not sure what.

I think it has a larger coverage radius, meaning it contributes to land value over a bigger area. It also consumes less water and electricity than the standard university.

Thanks, I did notice the part about water and electricity but nothing about coverage radius. Not sure why they don't make this evident so you can make an informed decision or maybe I'm just blind, lol.
