Tourism causes traffic chaos
Basically, my city has a huge traffic problem because of tourists purely. They all choose to get in by car, blocking all highway connections. The reason behind getting too many of them is that I am placing a lot of park and assets from workshop such as parking spots which also attract tourists. There is no policy to ban tourism or make them use public transport only to enter the city and when placing a train station with a metro, only some of the tourists were using it, but vast majority still uses cars giving me a headache.
Is there any mod that either removes tourism, lowers it, makes parks and unique buildings attract less of them, or ban tourists from using cars as a mean to get into my city? I have no interests in tourists whatsoever, all the fancy parks and buildings are meant for my citizens, not tourists.

Tourist, They always seem to go where they don’t belong. Or in your case they flow like a mud slide through the city. Like others have stated you could get them out of their cars and into transit. Or make sure they never use their cars in the first place. A national (outside connection)passenger rail station can bring them (Tourists) into town or an airport. After that since you will know where they start from it may be easier to set up a connection for transit and make sure transit stops are close-ish to the attractions.

In the clip about 95-98% of pedestrian traffic at the “Air Port \ Rail station\ out of town connection hub” are tourists coming and leaving the city. There are still tourist that prefer to drive. You can see them driving away from the train station and the airport in fact. Though the vast majority of tourists are using transit options like the metro and busses. I am still working on getting more of them to use transit, though some tourists are arriving to the Hub via train or plane then driving out of town again. I guess to another town which is faster to drive to then any other means.

Just remove any building that have capacity for tourists. Parks and commerce will have a tiny demand, but noting abnormal.

You may want to rethink your city. It sounds like you are already having issues even without tourists.

The Cims are quite happy with a little bit of grass, some benches and trees.
All of the fancy parks and buildings are primarily tourist attractors and meant for tourists, not your citizens alone.
Tourists love public transport. If the majority of these tourists you're having trouble coping with are using their own vehicles, then you are clearly not providing decent public transport options for them to use.

When using overlay to see what kind of traffic gets to my city, 80-90% of is it pink (tourists), without them, traffic would run smooth like butter. I will share printscreens so that you can see what I mean exactly. Also, deleting buildings with high tourists capacity is something I'd rather not do, as I try to focus on the looks of my city.

What I meant was, not from mechanical aspect of the game, but more or if I was a citizen of my own city I'd like to have different parks, unique building etc in it. Also, it just looks better when you have different assets across your city.

No wonder you have high traffic, you only have a tiny city of 18k. Either reduce tourist attractions or make room for ships and trains and airplanes so tourists can can directly to the tourist attractions.

I typically put it on the ocean with 3 sides water. Then a passenger ship on the end and an airport on the opposite end, with passenger trains flanking each side.

This will contain the tourists in a small area.

Also, if you have After Dark, you can create tourist districts that create hotel so they don't leave so that keeps traffic down as well.

Don't forget taxis. They don't do a lot, but tourists love them and actually help for tourism more than anything.

You need a public transit outside connection to cut down incoming private tourist vehicles, such as a train station.

I would put in a passenger train station near downtown next to a tourism district. Make sure there are good transit options to the attractions. See if that cuts down on the highway traffic. If nothing else, it might redirect the cars to the tourist hotels and help you manage the traffic.

Heh, here's a little exercise for you to play with. It will teach you to not be so dependent on highways and roads ;)
Cut off all access to the highway. Use a passenger terminal for rail and a cargo terminal for freight. Later when you unlock them, use a port and harbour too. Make sure you provide a good public transport system to all attractions. Don't forget to be aware of the noise pollution the stations make.
Now see where all of your tourists come from and how many you can keep off of the roads ;)
