Utopia Mods?

Hey so I am coming into this game with the sole plan to make a utopia like city, I enjoy FUTURISM, Cyberpunk and Dystopia/Utopia. (Also I found the rural streetlight to be cool, as I'm an aussie)

ANYWAYS, I was hoping people can give me recommendations (of said genres^) to which mods to use? (links would be helpfull as the workshop has too many to go through individually)

btw I also like the cities of Final Fantasy games, Cities of Australia. Bladerunner etc and so forth.

you might enjoy Quad's style of buildings. I certainly do and the buildings all have a distinct cyberpunk-y feel about it.
