Can't get deluxe edition upgrade

So pretty much, I want to buy the deluxe upgrade. When I try to buy it, it says I already own the product even though I own no DLC. Any solutions?

That's what you got. Check and you'll find you do have the 5 landmark assets, the soundtrack and the digital artbook.
Whatever else you thought you bought was just in your imagination.

I know I didn't buy anything I'm looking to get DLC, but it says I already have DLC

No, it sounds like you thought the Deluxe Edition is something like a season pass and that you would get other DLC's with that purchase.
This isn't the case.
If you only already bought the Deluxe Edition, then your existing basegame gained an additional 5 landmark assets, a soundtrack and a digital artbook. Nothing more and nothing less. There is nothing to upgrade to.
