Barrels of glowing green goo

From time to time, CIMs report digging up barrels of glowing green goo in their backyards. But I can never track these barrels to any physical location. Any advice?

Check your pollution overlay.
Your Cims appear to be pointing out to you that they live on polluted ground. If this is the case, then don't be surprised by the amount of sick Cims that will be seen when you look at your health overlay.
Relocate these Cim's homes to a clean environment.

You won't see green barrels though. It's just a humoristic way your sims tell you they live in a polluted area :-)
