As for mass death, that can be caused by many things. One is drinking poluted water, don't place water towers near industry and don't put water pumps near or down stream of a sewage outlet. Rubbish/trash building up is another way of causing death, further still is a build up of dead not being buried/cremated. If your hospitals are overloaded, add more hospitals or increase their funding as if you can't treat people fast enough it will create an exponential death event.
If your hospitals are flooded, then you likely have poisoned water water supply. Check you water pumps are not in polluted water or your water towers on polluted land or on an oil resource.
You want to add a road to an already elevated road- it automatically does it so the road cursor makes it into terrain=very much angle
If i press page up, it still wants the road on the ground, then go up again... how do i make the whole road section be same height??
