When you keep the radio tab open, when a song plays, it will list the name of the song on the radio.

It's a cool selection of tunes. Here is the list:

The Drifters - Up On The Roof
The Newbeats - Mother-In-Law
The Vogues – Magic Town
The Vogues - Five O'Clock World
Tommy James - Crimson & Clover
Tommy James – Mony Mony
Tommy James & The Shondells – Draggin' The Line
The Troggs - Wild Thing
Bruce Channel – Hey Baby
Chad & Jeremy – A Summer Song
Eric Burdon - It's My Life
Etta James – At Last
Etta James - Something's Gotta A Hold On Me
Fenwyk – Mindrocker
BJ Thomas - Hooked On A Feeling
Jan & Dean – Dead Man's Curve
Jan & Dean – GEE
Jan & Dean – Surf City
Mary Wells - My Guy
The Shirelles – Will You Love Me Tomorrow
Martha Reeves - Spooky
The Angels – My Boyfriend's Back

Note that the version of Wild Thing here is the 90s re-recording by the Troggs, not their far better known 60s classic cover version. Also, Crimson & Clover and probably Mony Mony as well sound like 90s remixes.

It would have been less jarring if they had used the orginals, but still this is a great mix of songs and very cool of CO to just add this music to the game.

Disappointing that they have used re recorded versions rather than the original hit recordings- all very low rent meh

Could be a rights issue or they didn't realize when they selected the songs. Everything else as far as I can tell is the original. But with the Troggs and the Tommy James stuff they used a rerecording/remix by the original artists that were done when the songs were first released on CD.

It's not a big deal, but there is a "90s" sound that stands out compared to the other tracks on Gold Radio.

Just an FYI, I live in Japan and the Gold FM is blocked due to copyright issues.

Bummer.

I want Gold FM to have more ads. It is fun to hear the virtual ads in the game.

I'm able to replace the ads with GTA5 ads. I do sound mods in games.
...If only doing modding in Cities Skylines was so complicated, I'd be able to make that kind of mod available to everyone...

otherwise it's just as simple as replacing game files

What are you basing that on? I've listened closely to all the tracks - these all sound like the original artists to me.

Ambler as a serious collector of music, chart freak and former DJ I can assure you that NONE of the tracks are original hit recordings. A basic Amazon or Youtube search would confirm this.

NoirMoutton is 100% correct. None of them are originals. I thought that it was obvious, cause they sound totally different from these originals that i have collected on vinyls.
