Try restarting your computer if you haven't already. That seems to load the mods in (if the game was working). If that doesn't work, I have a similar problem where not all of them load. Just try leaving your game running on the main menu and see if your mods start popping up (after you've restarted of course).

Actually I verified my cache again and then none of them showed up in my game again :(

Same here. It's weird. They were there at first, then just went. Verified game cache, restarted. Still no Mods.

Since the updated I have noticed that when you go into content manager, there is a category called Steam Workshop. The mods are under there, but there is no way to Activate them...

I just installed the game in the afternoon, then started to subscribe for some mods and airport assets. I tried to launch the game while mods were downloading.

After that, in the game, it said "0/101 mods" at the bottom of "Steam Workshop" box. But when I looked at the Mods section in content manager dialog, I found nothing so I cannot activate them. But I found assets I've downloaded. What's the problem and what can I do with this? Thanks.

In content manager it says I have 0/0 of zero mods even though I had 65 installed and now I have 7...

Not all my mods show up for some reason. They show up in the workshop section of the content manager, but nowhere else.

So has anyone discovered the source of this error?

you have to delete gameSettings.cgs and userGameSettings.cgs in the directory %LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines

It worked the first time I deleted then the error returned, but thanks.

can you check your output_log.txt for this line:

Raw Command Line: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities.exe --disableMods
Arguments: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities.exe, --disableMods
[CommandLine - Internal]

bizarrely C:S adds this start flag automatically. you can remove it in steam. Right click on C:S then 'Properties' then 'Set launch options' and remove '--disableMods'

When I first updated not all showed up. I went to my mods in content manager and found one of the mods showed up as only numbers. I went to the steam page for that mod and found it was broken from new update. unsubcribed from it and reloaded game and everything appeared normally.
