But this has been discussed a lot when the dlc released, so if you are looking for more info on it try the search function.
there are no seasons, if you expect that.
instead, you get the option to start a new snow map, if you wish.
there are however mods, that let you change the setting of existing savegames. you can switch to snow when loading the game (and back the next time you load it, if you choose), but that's as close as it gets.

well, there are in fact a few new buildings. most prominentally the tram train, which can add a lot of charm to a city. and honestly, the only reason i bought it.
i'll give natural disasters a pass. the addon does not add anything to the game, that i have use for. i'll never activate any disaster in a city, where countless props have been carefully arranged over ages ^^
i was hoping for non-addon related content like the other DLCs would bring as well, but i suppose that's not the case this time.
guess there will never be a solid concrete option instead of pillars for my elevated streets, other than pushing blocks from the workshop under them.
Afaik the Natural Disasters will work on any map.
