Find something you like, open it in an image editor and work with it to adjust the colour, saturation, curves and levels, convert it to a png file and then use the in game Theme Editor to substitute it for the pavement texture for the game.
I'm not very good at that sort of stuff thats why I've been trying to find one that already has those textures, do you know of one that does?

I can't recall where I got this texture, but I do recall having to work on the saturation and the lighting because it was far too bright and had to be adjusted before use in game. The gamma in the game is a little too strong and so any texture you replace needs this to be reduced.
I understand if you are not familiar with image editing, but it really isn't very hard to learn. If you search Youtube for 'pavement texture tutorial', you will find plenty of material out there, whether you're using Photoshop or Blender, or anything else, the principles are the same.
