macOS High Sierra
Just a warning for Mac users - the game doesn't work well in High Sierra. I haven't been able to play a game without major glitches and freezes during beta testing and it's still not fixed in the final public release. There are reports that the Unity Engine does not work well in High Sierra.

As is always the case when a new OS is released. It always take a few months to iron things out. I've just learned over the years to not be an early adopter of software and wait a few months before purchasing/upgrading.

Yep got the same issue, loads of tearing and what not. Hope this is fixed soon.

This is a bit different. Every year most of the kinks are ironed out by the time of the public release. Not so this year. And I've never seen it this bad. In earlier betas, it caused the entire system to crash. At last now it only takes the game down.

and this is why I use my PC and not iMac for games.

Ive got the same problem and really hope the solution is quickly found. Went from around 55fps to an unplayable 3 fps just by updating to high sierra :(

As a mac user I have stopped updating... Over the past so many years, Apple has dropped the ball with OSX in so many aspects. Every update after 10.6 has became increasingly trite and "MacOS" was the boiling point for me. Apple as utterly lost that special "je ne sais quoi" that propelled it to being the the world's richest tech company.

AND NO! I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT STEVE!

Haha, well high sierra, just as sierra, works and looks fine in every way for me except for this game. And the further this game is from working, the more I want to fix and play it :'(

Steam says this is your only game. lol.

Sounds like a good strategy to get you to play the game, because you can't. lol

Haha lol yes it is my only game.. I'm studying sustainable city development and I actually use the game to simulate ideas I get from real life.

I hope this problem gets noticed soon because it's really bumming me out :steamsad:

Thank you for sharing. I would recommend everyone who has this problem to read the reactions and comment with the problems you encounter, so that CO and Paradox can work on it.
