Private building cannot have manual placement style error

I also got this error; it appeard after activating the find it mod, but I turned on the find it mod because when I placed the servicing services building it wasn't unlocking a milestone, so I was thinking maybe I had 2 of the same types of buildings. I'm not sure exactly what mod actually causes this though.

Any idea what mod would cause this?

I have similar one, when I load a game, and It shows a message, I cannot even find the asset...

I think it was some mod that I ended up having to unsubscribe from, but don't remember which.

I know this is an old thread but - I was having this issue, tried disabling a bunch of mods, was going crazy trying to figure out what happened because I had only added 2 misc. assets from the workshop (a school & a McDonald's commercial building)... I was about to give up when I just tried totally closing the game and re-launching it and it worked fine. I re-enabled all of my mods and everything works like normal again... IDK if this will fix any issues anyone else may have with this error but it worked for me. I just wanted 2 post since I didn't see much in this thread about resolving it...
