City is showing blue and brown

As I am playing my game, the entire city is appearing with a very heavy blue hue over most of the city but is brown over the polluted parts of the city. I've turned off all filters and I cannot remove the tints.

If you're playing on a Boreal themed map it sounds like you're just experiencing foggy weather. To turn this off go to Options -> Gameplay -> Use dynamic weather.

Thank you very much! It helped my friend who had the exact same problem. Apparently his drivers/graphic card can't correctly display the fog.

Nothing to do with his card or drivers, that's simply how it's supposed to look on a boreal map when the wheather is foggy. I agree it's ugly, but it's not broken.

Except he was changing the map to Tropical, Boreal or anything else witout results.

Fog is fog and unfortunately it looks like this
