When I click "download" on the two free DLC, nothing happens?

They should automatically be enabled within the game.

Did you download them from steam first? Also make sure to exit the game if you entered steam from there.

There is nothing to download. They are already at your computer, clicking that just activates them. Go into game, they are there.

I did not know about these free DLCs.
In my steam library only After Dark was shown as owned DLC.
Now I clicked the "download" button, each time it started the game, but each time it added the DLC to my owned DLCs.

So I am not sure if you have it before you click on the "download" button.

What i mean that download button doesn't download anything. It has to be "bought" / downloaded but all the information is actually at your game. Doing this process just unlocks it. Same way the patch always loads full DLC to every game, buying it just unlocks the content. Hence when you click download, nothing seems to happen.
