Looks like you unsubscribed to an asset from the workshop.

You are attempting to load a saved game without the exact same set of custom content that was present when you saved it.
The game is looking for everything included in the save and not finding something... hence null reference.

Ok. I loaded a new game on a different map, but I still got the same error message

Then it sounds like you had a mod and now you don't. The game is expecting to see the mod in any map you load and cannot.
Start managing your custom content! Unsubscribing a mod does not remove it completely. You have to manually remove the configuration files it may have written to your parent folder for Skylines or the Addons folder.

Gotcha. Now how do I get to that folder? Do I right click on the Steam icon or the Cities Skylines icon? Then where do I go from there?

If you have Win10, then you'll see the Search icon right next to the Windows icon at the bottom left of your screen. Use it to search for any folder on your system. Start with Cities Skylines and then Addons. It shouldn't take you long.

If that doesn't work, delete the usergamestate.cgs in the Cities Skylines AppData folder. It worked for me.

Thanks. I really appreciate your expertise. That error message no longer showed up. This one did:

Broken assets:

Custom Assets: 522406139.Industrial Elevated Station_Data: NetInfo missing
Custom Assets: 842967334.Toronto Union Station South_Data: NetInfo missing
Custom Assets: 829320660.Aviation/Century Station_Data: NetInfo missing
Custom Assets: 816325876.Metropolitan Depot_Data: NetInfo missing
Custom Assets: 815435973.Classic Elevated Metro Station_Data: NetInfo missing [BrokenAssetException]

Details:
No details

Now all these Metro stations and train stations I have subscribed to. Seems like they are broken. Should I unsubscribe to them?

You should always heed the advice provided by the modder on the Workshop page for assets you subscribe to!
For example, BloodyPenguin clearly states the following on the Industrial Elevation Station's page:
If you get a "broken asset: netinfo missing" error it means you are not subscribed to the ETST mod, or you haven't activated it in the content manager panel.
This means that these assets require the ETST mod in order to use them.
You should also read and fully digest all of the instructions provided in order to use the Train Converter mod, as well as the Prefab Hook mod and the MOM mod.
If you are unsure or do not understand how to use these mods correctly and these assets that require them, then just get rid of these assets and forget about using them.

Yeah. I just saw his warning. I'm adding it now. Thanks again :)
