Who are NESTOR, Elijha MOTi and Lily La Roux?

Hi, Does anyone knows who are NESTOR, Elijha MOTi and Lily La Roux? Are they fictitious or real band/performers? I know a Tech-pop singer "La Roux', but I'm not sure if "Lily La Roux' is the same person... Just curious.

I think Elijha MOTi is actually just MOTi in real life. Many of his songs can be found on youtube, like this one:

Probably the Concerts songs were made exclusively for Cities Skylines.

Thanks. Its a shame the real musicians/bands are not named by CS. Their work are really good. The "Lily LaRoux" and "Nestor" songs are amazing!

I'm certain that Nestor and Lily LaRoux were made up for the game. They do this for several reasons, like not having to worry about licences, but also so that any YouTubers who do Let's Plays of Cities: Skylines doesn't have to worry about getting hit with a copyright infringement if a song just happens to play in their video that's protected.

It is a bit of shame. All of Lily LaRoux's songs are delightful ear worms that have infested my brain.

After several hours of play I had the very same question as all of you and I'm happy to see that she (Lily LaRoux) is now doing quick appearances in public. I love her voice and I'm very sure she could record an whole album herself just with songs of the game (including seasonal ones).
