Football Stadium, match day more often

I tried a quick search on the net, but found nothing. Has anyone made a mod, or is there a way, in the game, to change the number of match days per year? Having a football stadium that never gets used seems like a waste.

Any updates on this? I agree. Matches should be a bit more frequent than every year/year and a half, no? Would be nice to be able to set the frequency manually and schedule other types of events so the $4000/week stadium can pay for itself.
