Ok, subscribed to assets but where are they

I subscribed to 2 assets (buildings) today, they downloaded and are in content manager and checked for use but I can not find them in game. I assumed they would be in Unique Buildings but they are not - so where are they?

It was. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1084884904 and http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1088690618 I see now they are growable - so I assume that means they will randomly grow (build) like the ones is the vanilla game, is that correct? I was hoping I could place them - oh well.

If you use Find It mod, you can search for their name and place it, BUT only in commercial zone like other growable commercial, AND if you want them to stay how they look, you will also need Control Building Level Up mod to invidiual lock them at the lvl they are, or else they will upgrade to higher lvl.

Finally, if you just want to place them wherever without correct zoning type, you will need Disable Zone Check mod.

TLDR: using mods to personally grow them and not wait for RNG.

Weinersnitchel is level 1 meaning it will only appear in new zones or in areas with no services which will prevent it from being replaced by lever 2 buildings.

Krispy Kreme is level 2 so will need some services to allow upgrading.
