Heh I can sympathise, but you have two options. Either scrub the one you used and start over by rebuilding on it, or make the map again.
I created a map from scratch in the Map Editor, but lost it due to hard drive failure. However I had a city built on it, and that was saved to the Steam Cloud.
If so, and there's no way to really salvage the map data itself, then it's a shame.
