Relocating buildings
How do you relocate buildings such as power plants and so forth. I can't seem to find control anywhere that will let me move a building or relocated. But I see them doing it on YouTube all the time. Can anybody help me thank you.

left click on the building, there is an icon there for relocate. Keep in mind that some buildings can only be relocated if they are empty, like for example the landfill can only be relocated once there is no garbage left in it.
