Building disappearing after construction

Hello,

I am new to the game and have following problem (only with building assets).
Some buildings randomly disappear after the construction. It shows a symbol of 3 blue persons crossed out.
I have no clue what that symbol means?
Any suggestions how to solve this?

UPDATE:
Its not limited to workshop assets, it also happens with vanilla game buildings. They disappear with a different symbol though.
I used the search bar mod to manually place the buildings

You have to use RICO mod buildings. They wont disappear.

It happens to me alot, I place a building and the bulldozer sign comes up and then they disappear. I read somewhere that the square wasn't set correctly, but I tried to change that and same result. Love to know how to fix this.

guys i have this same problem now. all was ok i have city about 200k but from today i dont know why when i load me saved game lot of buildings dissapear. as i start play population go werrz fast to red numbers (about 3000 ) and many buildings start disapearing. not only me own plop bnuildings but many yoned growables too.i try ewerithing. i have no abandonment mod, please help me somebody here.. and again i dont know what happened but all was ok until yesterday. and i dont subscribe nothing new

can somebody help me please??? i am sick from this i cant play more. as i load game 80 percent me buildings dissappearing. also me plop buildings but also growable buildings. please what is wrong?
and i have no abandonment mod

List all mods you use. Also, never use the No Abandonment mod. Never ever.

i deactivate abandonment and nothing change.. so when i start play a game me population werry fast go down to red numbers and all buildings dissappearing and after 3 game months i lost all population. from 200k to zero

Check this list for broken mods and remove them, also check the incompaibilty tab at the top, if that's not the issue, let us know.

thank you for this list. i will check. but i not have problem with broke game or error. only problem is that in me game i lost all population .. buildings dissapearing ... ploppables and growables too.. i think it is some mod but wery difficult find wich one.. because one load game for me is about 10 minutes and have 50 or 60 mods and cant check each one by one..
this happened after new upgrade industries dlc. so maybe somebody have this same problem and found solution... thanks for any answer
