All My Citizens are Sick

I checked my water pumping its clean I Got like 6 hospitals in my city when i hit 55000 people everybody just started getting sick the side the middle and just now ALL of them , Is it a bug or something because i just start losing every citizen

It is not clean.
Check your pollution overlay. Water pollution must be 0% at all times for a healthy city. Just 1% is enough to cause citywide sickness and deaths. It is the only form of pollution that is fatal, so if you have sickness and deaths, it can only be that.
Locate the contaminated water source and eliminate it.

I had my water pumps in the lake in the last official map without Dlc Idk The name atm But that was not even close to my sewer outage and my factory district

So? What is your water pollution %?

Water pollution is the only thing which can make all people sick. Hence, your water is polluted. Most likely you got one forgotten water tower in the industrial area or something similar.

Yeah i think so if thats the only possible way but on first sight i think it is some kind of bug because 1 gets sick and in a day my whole city is sick

Nope, no bug. Just mayoral incompetence. We've all done it, trust me.
The sickness isn't a contagion. It's poison by contaminated water, pure and simple. You only have to tell me that a Cim got sick and died and I can guarantee it's water pollution everytime, since that's the only way they can die.
If I had a penny for every time I read,
"my city is sick and dying but it can't be the water because it's clean",
I'd be richer than Bill Gates ;)
Another line that makes me laugh is,
"I don't understand it. I've placed many hospitals and clinics and my Cims are still dying! help!"
Just stop poisoning your city.

Okay, so I had this issue to.
I know its a late reply I just wanted to post my fix.
So basically I started recently and I had a population of 20K everything ran smoothly then everyone in one of my towns became sick.
I thought it mustve been the lack of healthcare in the city so i built more, this sickness spread througout my whole city so I was extrememly confused.
Healthcare was lacking according to the statistics but this was never the problem.

Anyway long story short, I found the problem.
It was 2 water towers I had built in my new industrial zone, I did this to supply water as they looked cool however there was no sewerage option here so I connected the water pipes to the main city. This made everyone sick and i know this because I am back to normal levels after removing them and sustaining a budget defecit for some time and almost going bankrupt.

If someone else has this problem, look for a reason they are sick not necessarily just placing healthcare everywhere.

Pepole sick not just water pollution. There are many things like noise pollution, land pollution, no heating etc...

So, maybe you need to check look those things.
