Maxed out GPU clocks
So I was having issues with low performance. The game did not seem to completely utilize anything. I also noted that it hardly used any of my GPU in the GPU usage graph. But then I saw the clocks being used by it.

Both my core clock and memory clock seemed to be maxed out at 1506 Mhz for the core, and 4552 Mhz for the memory clock. It is strange, I would assume this would be caused by assets and not mods, and in my tests removing assets did not do much, but removing mods did.

I've tried overclocking a bit, and it just uses the rest of that. I am not much of an overclocker, so I do not know how good my settings are. I've tried +296 Mhz to the core, and +594 Mhz to the memory with 116% power limit in MSI Afterburner.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

GPU: PNY GTX 1060 6gb

Hope you are not having an issue still... but the issue is not the overclocking and wouldn't recommend you continue. If you have a bunch of mods and assets you need either more VRAM or more than the current 6GB. I got the same errors as you did with 8GB so either unsub to 60% of what you downloaded or upgrade RAM. I got 16GB now and stopped getting those errors. Curious about dated discussion posts. Hope helps.

I don't think the VRAM was maxing out, and I have 16 GB of RAM that does not max out.

Clocks will always go up as long as temps are in check. Moder CPUs and GPUs adjust frequency automatically all the time. Sadly I don't think I can help you much in this occasion, but just remember to not go too high on the power limit!

Well when I had 8GB PC stressed over 2000 assets. You can track with the Load Screen Mod by thale5.
