The plumbing is the same no matter where you place it.
It is two sets of pipes: one for fresh water and one for sewage. If you have Snowfall then you have the option of adding a 3rd set of pipes for heating.
So, you must lay plumbing down for all buildings that require water services and it should be one continuous network, connected to both your freshwater sources and to your sewage treatment/outlets.

Yes, you should connect the piping to everything. All buildings require freshwater and need to be able to get rid of sewage.

yeah of course
but i think the industrial makes more dirt? so its okay to give the industrial a seperate pipe system? that's what i mean....

It doesn't matter what type of zone it is, they all require freshwater and produce sewage.
Industrial creates ground pollution, Commercial creates noise pollution and residential creates garbage and human garbage, which left uncollected creates ground pollution. All 3 types of zone therefore are dirty, but that has nothing to do with the plumbing. So, there is no need to seperate the pumbing from any particular zone. The plumbing is the same network for the whole city.

For the record, your English is fine apart from the cursing. Please refrain from using that sort of language.

In real life or a game it would make no sense to seperate industrial and residential sewers and utilities. No one drinks out of a sewer and no one is putting dirty water in the fresh water.

As long as the source is not polluted your people shouldn't be getting sick because of the water

What everyone is saying is correct.. however your sims will get sick if you do not connect your zones correctly to the system.

eg: water pump --> Industrial --> Commecial / Residential --> Treatment plant = sims getting sick

eg2: water pump --> Commecial / Residential --> Industrial --> Treatment plant = sims NOT getting sick

try it out to see for yourself to see what i mean :)
hope this helps :)
The zone order is unimportant.
What is important as noted above by MacQuarrie, is that the water towers or water pumps (the fresh drinkiing water source) must be kept clear of any potential pollution.
So, in the case of water towers, they must be placed well away from ground pollution and water pumps must be placed upstream from the sewage outlets/treatment plants.

No, pipe systems do not become contaminated and cause sickness. But water towers placed in an area of ground pollution will. Use your pollution overlay to see where the pollution is and make sure your water towers are far from it.
