How to change map theme?

Hey guys I found a nice map from workshop but it is theme boreal. I want to know if there is a mod to change the map theme b4 I start a new city. I wanted a europe theme.

Objective here :

1. To use mod to change map theme, it will replace the boreal theme item for ex. trees into Europe equivalent.
2. I can remove the mod with no consequences, & start a fresh new Europe city.
3. I do not want go to export height map route, because that would mean I have to recreate road, network connections & water source.

This mod allows you to change the map theme (biome) of a saved game.

When loading a saved game, you will see the drop down menu for alternative themes.
This will not AFAIK change the tree type, but I could be mistaken.

EDIT: Nvm

It did change the tree too. :) Just the mod description is not clear enough.

It is about time for new big city! :D
