Does this game has controller support? Or plans to implement?

Possible to allow adjustable/increase in size for the HUD/text etc as well?

1. No.
2. We have no plans to implement gamepad support until full release. Afterwards, we will think about it, because, we develop this game without any special code to implement gamepad in the future. But chances is low, it's boring to parse all the game to do it, and it's not worth it without pushing the game on consoles (and we won't).
