Game crashes after a few minutes - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED / Device Lost on RTX 5070
Hello dev team,

I would like to report a crash issue with Tradesman: Deal With Dealer.

The game launches normally, but after playing for a few minutes, it crashes with the following error:

Win32 function failed: HRESULT: 0x887A0005
Device lost - reason: 0x887A0007
Call: GR_D3D_Device->CreateTexture2D

My GPU is NVIDIA RTX 5070.

I want to mention that I play many other games on this PC, including much more demanding games, and I have never experienced this type of crash before. This is the first time I have encountered this specific error, so I believe the issue may be related to the game itself rather than my hardware.

I have already tried several common fixes, but none of them worked:

Verified the game files on Steam
Updated / reinstalled NVIDIA GPU driver
Tried launch options such as -d3d11 and -force-d3d11
Lowered graphics settings, especially texture quality
Disabled Steam Overlay, Discord Overlay, NVIDIA Overlay, and other overlays
Limited FPS
Restarted the system and cleared shader cache

The crash still happens after a few minutes of gameplay.

It seems like the game may have a DirectX / GPU driver compatibility issue, possibly related to texture loading, because the error mentions CreateTexture2D.

Please let me know if you need any crash logs, system information, or additional testing from my side.

Thank you, and I hope this issue can be investigated in a future update.
