What's the point of the reserves?
Do the mercenaries in the reserves do anything useful? I know having commoners there is good so they can guard your cart for free when you sleep. But are there any other uses? You can't swap in the reserves during a fight, right? I'm just making sure I'm not missing a feature.

Maybe between fight, when your mercenaries are low life, you swap for another group so that they're full hp.

In some fights it can be good to have mercenaries with different abilities.
