The zone is available, but there's no tip or straigh quest which helps you to beat them yet. Check the Blacksmith in Fortville, you need to bring silver ore to him and wait until next restock. You will get the special item then.

Yeah, I sold him 8 silver, how much should i sell to him? 'Cause it's kinda hard to get this silver.

8 at a time is enough, just need to wait for the next restock and you will see the box with reward (never dissapears).
