NBA 2K14 Next Gen Graphics on PC? And MyCareer Questions.

I don't currently have NBA 2K14, i want to get it on steam because i don't have any consoles, but i want to know if the same graphics as the next-gen consoles are or will be avalible on the PC version. If not could you suggest the best mod/s for making it look more realistic in any way. Next Question. Is the MyCareer gameplay the same as next-gen gameplay? I know the next-gen console NBA 2K14 MyCareer has like the cutscenes and proper storyline and all that stuff, is it the same for the PC version because MyCareer is the main reason i want 2K14. And once again if not, i know it's unlikely but are there any mods for a more involving MyCareer storyline like next-gen?

That sucks. It makes no sence why they wouldn't just update it to next-gen, even if they completely redid the game and ported it all from next-gen. Oh well, i guess 2k15 will have the ps4/xbox one graphics.

Implementing next gen graphics on the PC version wouldn't hurt the console sales at all. A console gamer isn't suddenly going to buy a gaming PC when he can just buy a PS4/Xbone for 1/3 of the price.

We all know this. Everyone of us.
But we are not one of the "high payed" analysts or businessman..

We are PC-Gamer, the most of us would not buy a console .. just to have "next-gen-whatever" ...

But they think, we would.
In their head: "Oh, this fans would by this consol to play nextgen" ..

Our head:

"Go fu** yourself, no nextgen, no "buy" .."

Maybe next time. But this is the fact, they don't understand, cause they are not "gamer"...

do not buy this game it is the worst $15 I spent in my life. Go buy something else. Graphics are same. Gameplay has a lot of bugs and you cant even play a game with you friends.

I bought it and i think it was worth it. I've never played online cause none of my friends play it, but i really enjoy playing MyCareer and Association game mode. I've played over 200 hours of 2K13 and i think 2K14 is better. The animations are better and smoother, i think its more realistic especially with layups, and i hated how hard it was to block shots in 2K13, and while it is unrealistic in 2K14, it is still really fun. I also really like the new attributes and signature skills.

So Jeff, does the game have the cutscenes the proper storyline and all that stuff like in the consoles, because my career is my main reason of playing the game??

The pc version is the same as the PS3/Xbox360 version. No cutscenes, much worse graphics, different game modes.

If all you care about is graphics. There are mods to help with that.
