My career teammate trade

Is there any way to ask gm to trade some teammates? I saw some people ask for 5 players they want in their team. How do you get it?

You can ask for teamates trades in the GM tab , "not getting along with a particular player"

Or you get the 5 guys option about mid season , if you're a big part of the offense . Don't know the objectives or how that works tho. For example , I asked for 5 bigmen and my Kings traded Salmons and Hayes for Clippers' Jordan . Too bad the game is bugged and he didn't received any minutes 'till the start of the new season lol

Ok. Im in 18-6 now, when will i get that option?

My team is currently nr1 in the league, does it mean i will get any player i want?

It certainly wont mean you get any player you want, it depends on the leverage your team has.
If you're a rising star, or already the main man in your team as a rookie and your teams losing, the GM will come forward to you and ask if you want any reinforcements.
