I use -

Release Timing - Normal
Shooting Form - Release 42
Shot Base - Jump Shot 26

You may recognise this shot if you watch Chris Smoove on youtube, this is the same jumpshot he uses.

I use Marshon Brooks' shot. It's very effective and smooth. I think it's Release-Normal, Shoot Form-31, and Shot Base-Chris Bosh. I find Shooting Form-31 very good.
