2k14 Crash To Desktop

I am in my secon season and if I try playing key game, 2k14 crashes to desktop. If anyone has or had the same problem, just let me know the solution.

Locate the.exe file that 2K14 uses and run it as an administrator. If that doesnt work make sure that the version of C++ and DirectX that 2K14 uses are installed correctly (you can find the .exe install files in the games files as well, just reinstall them).

Same thing is happening to me and a quite a few others: 2nd season and the game crashes on play next key game or after the post-game interview if I play the first game of the season. I do not know of a solution yet.

Locate the .exe file of nba 2k14, right click, and turn compatibility mode to windows xp(Service pack 3) the only bad thing about this is you cant open the steam overlay but you should still be able to play the game normally

Eureka! I have solved it go to your program files x86 than steam steamapps, common, nba2k14, search NBA2k14, right click on exe, troubleshoot compatability, than my problem isnt listed, than windows ME, than problem isnt listed. start the program and bobs your uncle.

This problem persists for me. I've tried to run in compatability for every version of windows with varying results, but they all eneded in the game crashing. 120+ hours and I've never had this issue, but now I can't past the first game of my second season in my career.

Any other suggestions?
