I know there are still players here who play NBA 2K14 because their PC can't run NBA 2K16. I was big fan of mods back in NBA 2K14, specifically Anime Basketball mods.

That's the mod I used 2 years ago. There's a new one created by a guy named Meds. Here's the link http://www.nba2k.org/2016/01/nba-2k14-kurokos-basketball-vs-slam.html

The new one is more of a complete Kuroko's Basketball (Kuroko No Basuke) mod. Only Shohoku team as far as Slam Dunk and no Dear Boys but they're working on it. If anyone comes across this post. You should download the mod posted by OP if you like Slam Dunk and the mod I linked if you like Kuroko No Basket. It's really worth it!
