So i just bought nba2k14, when i finish register in game it shows ''you must be signed in to access this feature''. So how can i register if it shows to me everytime, how can i make myplayer account?

Easy. When putting in year, put in 2015. Game will say "you can't play online cuz you're 1" and then you can play they game. Can't register, btw, servers are down for this so no online. 2K ONLY keeps servers for their most current game and disconnects them for past games.
