Can't save anything

Just paid USD 29.99 for this game, but can't save ♥♥♥♥...wow... what a waste. can someone help me to fix this? Thanks.

Whenever game needs to save something , it gives me this message :

'Cannot create save on system memory. Save Failed.
Pree Spc to continue.'

another computer says ' Updating New Content... '

I MAYBE GOT THE SOLUTION.
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming
the XXX must be the ENGLISH, So the user's name should be english, or the cache should locate in the fold which is named using english.

I see no '2KSports' folder in Roaming. Do I also have to make a folder named 2KSports?

and how do I start game as a administrator?

1 Use english to name your user's name, otherwise the folder will not build

2 Administrator opens, right that exe file, there is an option is to start with administrator privileges


3 If you want to establish own 2K files
Method :
Start - Run (If can not found, use the small flag key + R to bring up run) - Enter ' regedit ' to open the registry! !
Turn up
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ 2K Sports \ NBA 2K14
In this path on the right should have two key 'saves' and 'cache'

Double-click to change the archive path . The Name Path should be plain English.
