What are the best choices for Starter Decks?
Downloading it now and I'm thinking of picking R/W, is the deck any good?

Mono white has speed and ample removal. R/W is a nice combination for selection of auras and nasty creatures.

I agree with R/W. It's fast, hits hard and has removal options.

My only other suggestion would be Green and possibly Red, but that's slower. Green has rather good creatures in this version (compared to the other colors). (Black has good bombs, but horrible removal.)

Normally (even in the 90`s in reality) i play(ed) green / green-red.
But here in MTG 2015 starting with green isn`t a good choice i think. I started with white and after the first 3-4 Boosters white-red.
Later on, as i had the first 10 or 12 Boosters i began to play green-white / green-red.
Now that i have all cards i play a self build white-red-green-black deck. It´s a bit slow in the first 4-5 turns, but onwards it is a very mighty creaature deck. But only against computer. :)
Also i have a white-green deck, which is faster and easier to play.

I started with B/W (Ohrzav), and that has White weenie creatures, strong removal, and Black control elements, as well. It has taken me very far, and fairly strong pool from the start.

Best decks I have seen involve red or white or both. I think white tends to be more consistent, but is slightly slower. Red just hits super fast and hard, but if it is not fast enough it tends to flop by mid game (I am mostly just talking about the decks I run). For those reasons I would go with R/W; All of the starts are garbage, but at least with that deck you can get a good feel for the colors that tend to make the strongest decks. Meta-wise many peeps in MP are running 3 or more colors, and if you haven't unlocked a good portion of the cards in the game speediness is probably your best bet.
