My only other suggestion would be Green and possibly Red, but that's slower. Green has rather good creatures in this version (compared to the other colors). (Black has good bombs, but horrible removal.)
But here in MTG 2015 starting with green isn`t a good choice i think. I started with white and after the first 3-4 Boosters white-red.
Later on, as i had the first 10 or 12 Boosters i began to play green-white / green-red.
Now that i have all cards i play a self build white-red-green-black deck. It´s a bit slow in the first 4-5 turns, but onwards it is a very mighty creaature deck. But only against computer. :)
Also i have a white-green deck, which is faster and easier to play.
