sadly not, because the starter deck list and the rl-card-deck-lists are in teh way 8and this year there seems to be cards you will not have 9in booster but in smaple decks that are featured in this pc game in the m15 reprint) :(

Discussions of possible decks to build from the pool can be found here: http://community.wizards.com/forum/mtg-duels-planeswalkers/threads/4091471. Though, you should be aware that the deck lists contain cards from an expected DotP expansion (Alara), which are not in the standard card pool, and also premium cards, which you need to purchase separately if you want to use them.
