I had every card unlocked, now im back at the tutorial. So done with this POS game. Just wow.

I'm keeping a copy of my latest three saves in a folder as I progress through the game from scratch again. After beating Avacyn, I was awarded the usual first-time rewards (including two premium boosters, one for pre-ordering and one for owning Magic 2014). I was not awarded the rest of the boosters nor the 200 foil stickers I had bought. So for now, I'm still waiting on a response from Wizards support on what they can do to either reimburse me or award me the boosters and foils I purchased and have records for.

I have not played for a while, playing the other game like this beggining with H and ending with X, but i thought i would let you people know my saves were intact, so gawd knows what happened, i hav backed the saves up though just incase.

This happened to me yesterday. I have no backup.

I guess all the $$$ I spent on premium boosters is completely down the drain?

This has just happened to me too. I quit. Apparrently WotC plans to offer NO support for this issue. This is the last game I buy from them.

I own Duels (original 2011), 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. All fully upgraded, unlocked, and additional promo codes.

This happened to me once on 2013, but I was informed to disable the cloud syc through steam, so I did that on all versions of Duels of the Planeswalkers. No problems again until today with 2015.

Glad I haven't purchased any upgrades on 2015 yet, like foils or premium boosters.

And I won't either now, not ever. I won't pay for something that will glitch and vanish and then WotC will offer no compensation or fix. Its BS and not gonna do it.

Apparently the devs offer no support, fix, or compensation for this bug when it happened in previous versions of dotp etiher.

Just fyi, dont expect anything.

if this is true then they aint getting another cent from me either, to bad i would have probably bought all the crap they churrn out aswell.

I just finished off Garruk again and have almost 100% unlocked cards from default playing. I still don't have the premium boosters I purchased, nor the foil stickers.

Following up on this: I attempted to prove that this was the correct file by saving it elsewhere and deleting it from the folder to try and simulate a loss of progress like I encountered. However, the game loaded fine and with all of the cards and status I have unlocked (again). Are you sure that is the right file? (There aren't any other directories that will match the specifics of your post using "213850" I assume as the game designation)

Had this issue, after playing on another PC. Then when I came back to home I've got 0 progress. Was what the hell!? support etc etc. And then I called to my sister in this other location, she managed to launch steam, launch game and have all my progress! She chosen 'upload to steam cloud' and my progress is back.

Just a hint if u lose progress and was playin on another PC. Somehow this cloud does not work correctly.
But developers must do sth about not losing purchuseable items for reasons like that. That need to be recoverable - progress u can make all over again, but money no one want spends for this same thing. If my progress would not return, and had lost my premium busters, i would not buy another game of them.

I have never played this game on another computer. I lost all content including promo pack purchases. Has anyone heard back from Steam or Wizards customer support? I can't see it being legal for them to not restore purchased DLC.

This, so far. I expected that people would be out for Labor Day or whatnot, but almost to the end of the day without any response from Steam or Wizards support is rather grim.

Neither can I. It sounds simple to me, I paid for something and I don't have access to it. Either they can reimburse me the funds spent to purchase the DLC or they can figure out how to restore it.

It's a shame, really. I do enjoy the franchise and 2015 is worth it when it's functioning like it's supposed to. However, customer service this poor should be a crime.
