Questions of Magic Markers and Brotherhood

1. Did either game have any promotional or limited time content?

2. Is anything missable in Max & the Magic Marker?

3. Is there a complete list of missable content in Max: The Curse of Brotherhood? I read that the bell achievement is missable and there are no death achievements, but I don't know if that's all of it or if I can reattempt the latter achievements?

4. Does Max & The Magic Marker Gold Edition only on PS3 and has everything, or are there other versions that are on par or have content it lacks? The Windows Phone version has achievements for grabbing all pickups, but that might already be tracked in game.

5. Is Max: The Curse of Brotherhood identical on all Platforms, including in-game achievements for platforms that would otherwise be without? I know the Xbox One version has nine more achievements, but it seems like those are only story related, so I don't think I need achievements for that (I didn't check, myself).

6. Does either game have any bonuses that are obtained by having save data from a different game?
