I'm at the police station and have got the pencil from the guy, then I clicked on the security box by the door and it said you have the graphite for the pencil, but need something to stick it to. What am I missing I thought I had followed the guide again word for word?

Do we need to complete a certain amount to be able to buy the last chest key at the shop?

Ok I guess I just remembered it wrong from my last playthrough, I'm still 1 key short and can't find it. But I'll keep looking until I find it :)
